| SHIPPING RATE CHANGES - JANUARY 2021 |
| Royal Mail have put up their shipping prices as of January 1st 2021. This mainly affects parcels up to 2 Kg in weight as if they are heaver than this we automatically use a courier. |

| VAT CHANGES - EU CUSTOMERS ONLY |
| As of January 1st 2021 we are no longer be charging EU customers UK VAT, so you will be able to purchase your products cheaper. However, you may get charged local VAT and a handling charge when you receive your parcel. This charge will be collected by your local postal service. |
